Q. How can I pay for my booking?
A. You can pay for your booking by following the online booking process. We take various methods of payments: Credit Card, Debit Card, Paypal and Bank Transfer. If you select to pay by Bank Transfer please select ‘Request invoice’.
Q. Do you require a deposit?
A. Yes, we cannot confirm your booking until a deposit has been made. Our minimum deposit amount is 20%. If your hire is 30 days or less from the booking date then we would require full payment.
Q. What if I need to change the details on my booking?
A. If you need to change any details on your booking please call our reservations team and we will be happy to change it. We would need you to sign an acceptance form to confirm the changes.

A. We have a UK wide network of fully audited, quality operators and will provide you with one that suits your needs. Each of our operators are required to provide full license documentation and undergo a vigorous audit process to sign up to our service. Rest assured you will be provided with the customer service and journey you deserve and expect.
Q. Can I phone for a quote?
A. Yes, although Coachfinder is an online quotation and booking tool to make booking coaches and buses simpler and easier than ever before. Whats more, our prices are extremely competitive, we manage this by minimising our staffing costs and provide and even better service online.
Q. Can I book more than one coach at a time?
A. Coachfinder is a ground breaking coach booking service – never before have people been able to self serve coach hire with a company who care about their customers. We will soon be adding this feature – but at the moment it is 1 coach per booking. If you would like to create multiple trips please create multiple bookings.
Q. Can I travel overseas?
A. Yes, view our ‘Overseas Trips’ page to find out more about what we can offer or use the chat box to get in touch.
Q. What size and type coaches do you provide?
A. As we work with hundreds of operators from around the country we can provide you with any vehicle you require. We provide quotes from 16 to 80+ seats, standard, executive or VIP – we can do it. If you let us know any specific requirements such as leather seats or disable access, we do the hard work and source the correct vehicle for you.
Tickets & Attractions
Q. Can I add extras to my bookings?
A. At this current time we offer tickets to all Merlin attractions and theme parks and allow you to let us know if you would like us to book any hotels and ferry crossings on your behalf. You can also add ‘on-coach’ extras to your bookings such as food and drinks. We plan to have a comprehensive suit of event, destination tickets and hotels for your coach bookings in the near future.
